About Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates blends precision, resistance, and mindful movement to strengthen your body, improve posture, and awaken your movement potential. Thoughtfully designed and gentle on the joints, our sessions help you build confidence, reconnect with your body, and move with ease - every day.

Meet Your Instructor

Chloe is a movement teacher, dancer, and choreographer. She holds a pilates mat certification from The Kane School and reformer training through STOTT. Chloe teaches contemporary pilates (mat and reformer) emphasising strength, stability, mobility, and creative movement exploration. Classes often incorporate props to support varied approaches to movement, with options provided to accommodate all participants. Her approach encourages everyone to make choices that feel best for their bodies, with the goal of making movement exploration both joyful and accessible.
